1. What if I ordered something not in stock?

If an item purchased isn’t in stock, contact us through the Request More Info or Contact us Option. We will put an order in for you as soon as purchase is confirmed and we will contact you when your ordered item has arrived in warehouse. We will make sure to organise delivery as soon as possible.

2. What if I need to order a Made to Measure item?

On all made to measure items please select the Request More Details buttons, fill in the form and send it to us. We will make contact with you as soon as possible to chat about it.

3. Can I cancel an order?

Yes orders can be cancelled no later than 48Hours after submitting order. If any issues please contact 21563966 for help.

1. Delivery Terms & Conditions

We deliver all orders of more than €80 in value, to all Malta and Gozo free of charge up to ground floor.


Orders of less than €80 will incur a €20 small order charge.

Manual deliveries to floors carried out by our drivers, other than ground floor incur a charge of €30. No charge is applicable if there is an elevator at the property that can be used to deliver your purchase.


Free delivery is to the front door of a property at ground floor level and excludes any assembly and/or installation and high-up services.


If you require any installations and/or a lifter kindly let us know if you will be organizing this or if you’d like us to quote you accordingly. But it is always up to you to ensure that there is suitable access to the chosen location of delivery and that all the necessary permits are obtained in advance.

This needs to be confirmed by the customer upon scheduling the delivery. If this is not confirmed in advance, the deliverymen might not be able to adhere to the delivery request.

2. How long does it take for delivery?

When order is received, we will ensure that it is processed and confirmed within 24Hours and gets delivered within 5-10days

3. Do I get contacted before delivery?

We will contact you 1 day before delivery to make the necessary arrangements to get your purchase to you.

4. Can I change delivery or installation date?

Of course you can! Just give us a call on 21563966 to make the necessary arrangements.

5. My Items haven’t arrived yet.

Please allow time for your order to be processed as per estimate time advised. If order exceeds this date please contact our shop on 21563966 or 99425536.

1. What if I receive missing parts or damaged?

If you received your product with missing parts, defects or missing accessories, please notify our Sales team immediately. A replacement will be sent over to you as soon as possible. You will need to inform us of any missing parts/ defects within 48 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement.

2. Can I return item purchased?

Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of purchase but must be accompanied by the original receipt for a full refund to be issued.
